Privacy Policy

Creators: name, email, phone, city/state, content languages, social account handles and public metrics you provide (followers, engagement, posting frequency), your rates, niche and creator type, bio, optional past collaborations and media kit, and - for child creators, guardian name, phone, email, and consent.

Brands: contact name, company, work email, phone, and the details of your brief.

Payments: subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We store payment and subscription identifiers and status, but we do not store your card or bank details, those are handled by Razorpay.

To verify and list creator profiles, to match creators with brand briefs, to send curated shortlists to brands, to process the listing subscription and any refunds, and to send you transactional emails about your application or brief.

For approved creators, we share your profile, including your name and handles, with brands as part of a curated shortlist in response to their brief. Public roster previews on the brand pages show metrics only, with names and handles hidden until a shortlist is sent.

We use service providers (for example Razorpay for payments and an email provider for transactional email) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep application and brief data for as long as needed to run the marketplace and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to those obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can cancel your listing at any time. Contact the CoSign team to make a request.
