Refund Policy

Our refund promise is the one thing we can keep with certainty, so here it is in plain terms.
If we don't approve you: full refund
If you pay the ₹499 listing fee and we do not approve your profile after review, we refund the ₹499 in full, you do not need to chase us for it. The refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days depending on your bank, and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling your listing
The ₹499/month listing is a subscription. To cancel, contact the CoSign team and we will stop billing from the next cycle; you will not be charged again. The current month is not pro-rated or refunded, because your profile was listed and matched during it.
False information
If a profile is approved and later found to contain false follower or engagement data, it may be removed without a refund, as set out in the Terms.
The 15% commission
The commission is charged only on deals closed through CoSign, only on what you are actually paid, and is separate from the listing fee. It is never collected at signup, so there is nothing to refund from it at signup.
Brands
Submitting a brief is free, so there is nothing to refund on the brand side.
